As Wayne and Sue Tapping close the gate on their final open garden for 2021 they've announced their opening dates for 2022.
The garden will reopen to celebrate all the colour of autumn in the mountains on March 25. The garden is then open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (including public holidays) until June 13. Opening hours are 10am until 4pm. Wildwood features deciduous trees which colour for autumn along with sasanqua camellias, roses, salvias and other late summer and autumn perennials. A feature of the autumn opening is the Salvia Show held in April.
After a brief winter closure, the garden reopens for spring on August 12 when the focus is on camellias, spring blossom, bulbs and climbers including spectacular displays of wisteria. The garden will close for 2022 on November 7. A feature of the spring opening is a Camellia Show in mid to late August.
